Dramatic. Bold. Sexy all over. I'll be the first to admit that tees and tanks are truly a staple in my every day ensembles. I then add my personal flair with a few key—and more often than not—bold accessories. Sometimes though, I get the urge to go dramatically bold from head to stiletto-encased toe. Each of these items is intricately detailed and strong enough to stand alone as the wow piece to my looks, but when you have lucite earrings with suede wrapped chains, leather clutches with waterfalls and macrame knot detailing and over the knee boots in an amazing shade of blue... Yep, I'm going to rock it all.
Simple pieces in a neutral palette of camel and gray (which also extends to brown and beige) create eternally chic looks for fall. Those same pieces can easily and quickly be restyled by changing a few accessories or by removing or adding a layer—or two.
Versatility is a key word when building your wardrobe; you want pieces that can effortlessly mingle with others creating a variety of looks. This is where your obsessories (shoes, bags, jewelry, etc.) come into play, giving you countless style options no matter the time of day or occasion.
Here I've taken one main piece, Topshop's silk embellished jumpsuit, and styled it two different ways, only changing your obsessories. Look one is perfect for evenings out as you're dressed up but still comfortable in this unfussy jumpsuit. Look two is relaxed yet stylish as you run weekend errands and chic enough that you won't feel under-dressed if at the last minute you're invited to an outdoor concert.
