I have walked through many lifetimes in this one.
In my 48 years around the Sun, I’ve been the seeker, the doubter, the doer, the healer, and now—the Elemental Alchemist. My personal journey has been layered: trauma and triumph, shadow and soul, loss and love. Through it all, I learned the illusion of compartmentalization. Healing one area while ignoring the others only led to fragmentation. So I pursued harmony—and The Elemental Soma™ was born.
But as I surrendered deeper, new awareness began to emerge. Subtle nudges became clear messages. I began hearing, sensing, and knowing beyond the physical. My intuition activated.
These teachings are my Soul offering to those remembering too. It is a sacred invitation to explore who you truly are —an intuitive being, fully capable of living a heart-centered, fulfilled, and abundant life.
We accomplish this by translating your Soul wisdom into embodied well-being.

I am TERRA, an Elemental Alchemist devoted to the sacred integration of mind, body, soul, and energy.
I hold space for those on a journey of remembrance—to reconnect with their inner wisdom, restore energetic harmony, and embody their most aligned self.
My work is both intuitive and integrative. I bring together years of holistic education with the unseen realms of healing. I am a Certified Holistic Health & Wellness Coach, Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Reiki Master Therapist, and Certified Yoga Instructor. But my truest work happens in the in-between: where insight becomes embodiment, and wellness becomes a way of being.
As an Elemental Alchemist, I serve as a translator—of energy, of intuition, of Soul messages waiting to be heard. Each session is a sacred exchange: a blend of Reiki healing, somatic support, intuitive guidance, and The Elemental Soma™ intelligence that honor the multidimensional you.
The teachings I share and reveal are a sanctuary for expansion. A philosophy rooted in the power of exploration, the depth of experience, and the freedom to expand into who you truly are.
