TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. GENERAL OVERVIEW

Welcome to the website, booking platforms, programs, trainings, and services of Terra Black | Elemental Alchemist, operated by The Origin Group, LLC ("Terra Black," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, digital platforms, booking systems (including Acuity Scheduling), programs, trainings, immersions, courses, workshops, classes, digital content, products, and services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including any additional policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

2. AGE REQUIREMENTS

You must be 18 years or older to participate in trainings, certifications, immersions, and group programs unless otherwise stated.

Certain content or general site use may be available to individuals 16 years or older with parental or guardian consent.

You are responsible for knowing and complying with your local age requirements.

3. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

You may be required to create an account to access certain Services. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity under your account.

4. BOOKING, SCHEDULING & PAYMENT POLICIES

Rescheduling

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to reschedule any booking.

With proper notice, you will receive a credit toward a future offering.

Less than 48 hours’ notice or failure to attend results in forfeiture of payment.

No exceptions.

No Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable, including for trainings, programs, courses, workshops, classes, immersions, certifications, and digital offerings.

Due to limited capacity, advance preparation, and access to materials provided upon or following enrollment (including prior to program start dates), refunds are not provided for any reason.

This policy applies regardless of attendance, completion, or participation level.

5. CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Applicable to:

Reiki Healing I – The Self-Healing Foundation

Reiki Healing II – The Practitioner’s Path

Reiki Master – Master Healer, Master Teacher

The Akasha Key Training

To receive certification, participants must:

Attend all attunements live

Attend at least 75% of live training sessions

Complete all required exercises, integrations, and demonstrations

Makeup Sessions

Required for missed mandatory components

Fee: $150 per session

Duration: 60 minutes

Must be completed within 30 days of the final class

Replays are provided for educational support only and do not count toward live attendance requirements.

Participants unable to meet certification requirements may attend for personal development without certification.

6. NON-CERTIFICATION PROGRAMS

Programs including (but not limited to):

Primordial Alchemy Immersion

Origin Rituals

Flow Classes

Origin Classes

Digital Courses

Live attendance is encouraged but not required unless explicitly stated. No certification is associated with these offerings.

7. PUNCTUALITY

Sessions begin and end as scheduled. Late arrival does not entitle participants to additional time or makeup sessions.

8. CONFIDENTIALITY

Group settings are designed to be respectful and sacred; however, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed. You agree to honor the privacy of others and refrain from sharing personal disclosures outside the session space.

9. HEALTH, WELL-BEING & LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

Terra Black offerings are educational, spiritual, and holistic in nature.

We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical, psychological, or financial conditions.

Services are not a substitute for licensed medical, mental health, or financial care.

You are solely responsible for your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

If you experience a medical emergency, contact a licensed professional or emergency services immediately.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, materials, designs, text, graphics, audio, video, and program structures are the intellectual property of The Origin Group, LLC unless otherwise stated.

Materials may be used for personal, non-commercial use only. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or resale without written permission is strictly prohibited.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Terra Black and The Origin Group, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in or use of the Services, including but not limited to personal injury, emotional distress, loss of data, or loss of income.

12. FORCE MAJEURE

Terra Black shall not be held liable for any delay, cancellation, or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, illness, pandemics, governmental actions, power outages, internet or platform failures, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule or provide alternative access, but refunds will not be issued.

13. CODE OF CONDUCT

All participants agree to engage respectfully and responsibly within all Terra Black spaces, including live sessions, online platforms, and community environments.

Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior

Disruptive or disrespectful communication

Sharing confidential or personal information of others without consent

Unauthorized recording, distribution, or reproduction of session content

Terra Black reserves the right to remove any participant who violates this Code of Conduct, without refund, to maintain the integrity and safety of the container.

14. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
