TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to TERRA | The Elemental Soma, the work of Terra Black, operated by The Origin Group, LLC ("Terra Black," "TERRA," "we," "our," or "us").

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the TERRA website, online booking platforms, digital resources, products, services, and offerings, including but not limited to:

• Elemental Soma Reiki Sessions

• Origin Rituals

• Elemental Soma Reiki Trainings

• Physical products

• Digital products

• Educational resources

• Any future offerings made available through TERRA | The Elemental Soma

By accessing this website, purchasing a product, registering for an offering, or otherwise using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

These Terms exist to provide clarity, transparency, and mutual understanding while helping create a respectful, safe, and supportive experience for everyone who chooses to participate in this work.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the website or Services after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

We also reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our sole discretion in accordance with these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Unless otherwise stated, participants must be 18 years of age or older to purchase products, book services, or participate in trainings and rituals.

If an offering is made available to minors, participation must occur with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for ensuring participation complies with the laws of your state, province, or country.

2. Services & Offerings

TERRA | The Elemental Soma currently offers:

Elemental Soma Reiki

Individual Reiki sessions conducted virtually or in person.

Origin Rituals

Group ceremonial experiences designed to support embodied awareness, presence, and connection.

Elemental Soma Reiki Trainings

Professional Reiki education leading to certification at the following levels:

• Level I

• Level II

• Master

Products

Including, but not limited to:

• Ritual candles

• House of Earth + Aether capsules

• Ritual tools

• Educational materials

• Future physical product

Digital Resources

Including downloadable resources, recordings, guides, journals, PDFs, audio experiences, and other digital materials.

Offerings may evolve over time. We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue offerings without prior notice.

3. Booking, Registration & Payment

Registration for any offering is confirmed only after full payment has been successfully processed unless an alternative payment arrangement has been expressly approved.

By completing a booking, you confirm that:

• the information provided is accurate;

• you are authorized to use the selected payment method;

• you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Booking confirmations are delivered electronically.

It is your responsibility to review all confirmation emails and event information prior to your scheduled offering.

If you do not receive confirmation, please contact hello@terrablack.com promptly.

4. Cancellation, Refund & Credit Policy

We understand that plans may change. The following policies are intended to provide fairness to both participants and the preparation required for each offering.

Elemental Soma Reiki Sessions

Refund requests received seven (7) or more calendar days before the scheduled session will receive a full refund.

Refund requests made fewer than seven (7) calendar days before the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund.

Once the refund period has passed, a participant may request that the payment be applied as a credit toward a future eligible offering. Credits are valid for twelve (12) months from the original scheduled date unless otherwise specified.

Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice constitutes a no-show, and all amounts paid are forfeited.

Origin Rituals

The same refund, credit, and no-show policies apply to Origin Rituals unless otherwise stated for a specific event.

If an Origin Ritual is hosted through a third-party ticketing platform such as Eventbrite, any cancellation or processing fees charged by that platform remain the responsibility of the participant.

Elemental Soma Reiki Trainings

Refund requests received thirty (30) or more calendar days before the scheduled training date are eligible for a full refund.

Refund requests received fewer than thirty (30) calendar days before the training are not eligible for a refund.

After the refund period has passed, participants may request that tuition be applied as a credit toward a future Elemental Soma Reiki Training or other eligible TERRA offering. Credits remain valid for twelve (12) months.

Participants who fail to attend without prior notice forfeit all monies paid.

If registration occurred through a third-party ticketing platform, any fees retained by that platform remain the participant's responsibility.

5. Attendance & Certification Requirements

The following requirements apply to Elemental Soma Reiki Trainings.

To receive certification, participants must:

• Attend the training in its entirety.

• Participate in all attunements, demonstrations, guided practices, and hands-on components.

• Complete any required practical exercises or assessments associated with the training.

Because each Elemental Soma Reiki Training is conducted as a single, integrated learning experience, full attendance is required for certification.

Participants who arrive late, leave early, or miss any required portion of the training may attend for personal enrichment but may not be eligible to receive certification.

At Terra Black's discretion, participants who miss a required portion of the training may be offered the opportunity to complete the missed material through a private makeup session or by attending a future training. Any applicable fees will be communicated at that time.

Training recordings, when provided, are intended as supplemental learning resources only and do not satisfy attendance requirements for certification.

6. Participant Responsibility

Participation in any TERRA offering is voluntary.

By participating, you acknowledge that you are responsible for honoring your own physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being throughout the experience.

You agree to participate in ways that feel appropriate for you, to communicate any concerns when necessary, and to discontinue any activity that does not feel supportive or safe for your individual circumstances.

You acknowledge that your experience may differ from that of other participants and that individual outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

7. Health & Wellness Disclaimer

TERRA | The Elemental Soma provides educational, spiritual, and holistic experiences intended to support personal exploration, self-awareness, and embodied well-being.

Our offerings are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other health condition, nor are they intended to replace the advice, diagnosis, or treatment of licensed healthcare professionals.

Elemental Soma Reiki is offered as a complementary wellness practice and should not be considered a substitute for medical or mental health care.

If you have concerns regarding your health, you should consult your physician or other appropriately licensed healthcare provider.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency medical services immediately.

Participation in any TERRA offering is undertaken voluntarily and at your own discretion.

8. Products & Digital Purchases

Physical Products

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all sales of physical products are final.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Ritual candles

• House of Earth + Aether capsules

• Body care products

• Ritual tools

• Limited edition collections

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact hello@terrablack.com within seven (7) days of delivery so that we may review and assist with your request.

Books & Journals

Books and journals fulfilled through Amazon KDP are subject to Amazon's Returns and Refunds Policy.

Requests regarding returns, exchanges, or refunds for these products should be directed to Amazon through the original point of purchase.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of downloadable or electronically delivered products are final.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• PDFs

• Digital guides

• Audio recordings

• Video recordings

• Digital journals

• Meditation recordings

• Educational downloads

No refunds will be issued once digital access has been provided.

9. Intellectual Property

All content made available through TERRA | The Elemental Soma is the intellectual property of The Origin Group, LLC, unless otherwise indicated.

This includes, without limitation:

• The Elemental Soma framework

• Elemental Soma Reiki

• The A.W.E. Method

• Soma Bodies

• Soma Fields

• Origin Rituals

• Training manuals

• Guided practices

• Ritual scripts

• Reiki symbols developed for the Elemental Soma framework

• Written materials

• Videos

• Audio recordings

• Graphics

• Photography

• Logos

• Designs

• Educational resources

These materials are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

No portion of these materials may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, translated, adapted, recorded, displayed, taught, sold, licensed, or otherwise used for commercial purposes without the prior written permission of The Origin Group, LLC.

Permission is granted to participants to use purchased materials solely for their own personal learning and practice unless otherwise stated in writing.

10. Recording, Photography & Testimonials

To preserve the integrity of the learning environment and protect participant privacy, audio recording, video recording, photography, screen recording, or reproduction of any TERRA offering is prohibited unless prior written permission has been granted.

From time to time, Terra Black may record portions of trainings, classes, or events for educational, archival, or promotional purposes.

Whenever practical, participants will be informed in advance if recording or photography will occur and may request not to appear in publicly shared materials.

Testimonials, feedback, or reviews voluntarily submitted to Terra Black may be shared for educational or promotional purposes unless you specifically request that your comments remain private.

11. Community Conduct

TERRA | The Elemental Soma is committed to cultivating respectful, welcoming, and supportive learning environments.

Participants agree to:

• Treat all participants with respect and consideration.

• Honor differing perspectives and lived experiences.

• Maintain appropriate professional and personal boundaries.

• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or abusive behavior.

• Respect the confidentiality and privacy of others.

Disruptive behavior, repeated violations of these expectations, or conduct that compromises the safety or integrity of the learning environment may result in removal from an offering without refund.

12. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service

Terra Black and The Origin Group, LLC are committed to creating respectful, supportive, and safe environments for all participants.

We reserve the right to refuse, decline, or discontinue participation in any offering at our sole discretion if a participant's conduct is determined to:

• Compromise the safety or well-being of themselves or others;

• Disrupt the learning or ceremonial environment;

• Violate these Terms & Conditions or the Community Conduct policy;

• Involve harassment, discrimination, abusive behavior, or repeated disregard for facilitator instructions; or

• Otherwise interfere with the integrity of the experience.

When appropriate, Terra Black may, at its sole discretion, offer a refund or credit. However, removal due to violations of these Terms or the Community Conduct policy does not entitle a participant to a refund or future credit.

13. Confidentiality

Many TERRA offerings invite participants to share personal experiences within a supportive group environment.

While Terra Black is committed to holding these spaces with care, respect, and professional discretion, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in any group setting.

By participating, you agree to respect the privacy of fellow participants and refrain from sharing, recording, or publicly discussing another participant's personal stories, experiences, or identifying information without their express permission.

This commitment to confidentiality helps cultivate an environment of trust and mutual respect for everyone involved.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Terra Black and The Origin Group, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the use of this website, participation in any offering, purchase of any product, or reliance upon any information provided through TERRA | The Elemental Soma.

This limitation includes, without limitation, claims relating to personal injury, emotional distress, interruption of business, loss of profits, loss of data, or other financial or personal losses arising from participation in or use of the Services.

Nothing contained within these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

15. Force Majeure

Terra Black shall not be considered in breach of these Terms or otherwise liable for delays, cancellations, interruptions, or failure to perform resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to:

• Natural disasters

• Severe weather

• Fire

• Pandemic or public health emergency

• Government action or regulation

• Internet or technology failures

• Power outages

• Venue closures

• Transportation disruptions

• Illness or family emergency

• Other unforeseen events beyond reasonable control

When reasonably possible, affected offerings will be rescheduled, converted to an alternative format, or credited toward a future offering.

Except where required by law, refunds are not guaranteed under circumstances covered by this section.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, the Services, or participation in any TERRA offering shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
