    This is an edited session that moves directly into the somatic Reiki experience.

    There is no introduction to the Elemental Soma framework within the recording.

    You are invited to meet the guidance as sensation, rather than concept.

    This is not a practice of becoming something new.


    It is a return to what has always been within you.

    • Find a comfortable position, seated or lying down

    • Allow the body to settle before beginning

    • Listen without trying to do anything “right”

    • Pause at any time if needed

  • Allow the body to integrate at its own pace.
