We currently offer Standard and Expedited shipping options for orders throughout the USA. Available shipping methods will appear at checkout based on your location.
Orders begin processing promptly. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, followed by a shipment confirmation email when your package has shipped.
Order processing time is within 5 – 9 business days.
Once processed and shipped, estimated delivery timelines:
Standard: 3 - 5 business days
Expedited: 2 – 3 business days

Because our candles are personal-use ritual items, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds.
Damaged Packages
If your candle arrives damaged or unusable, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging. Once verified, we will gladly provide a replacement.
We are committed to ensuring your capsule arrives in beautiful condition.
Lost Packages
TERRA or House of Earth + Aether is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package appears lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information.
