The Resonance Ritual is a guided experience of ritual, Reiki, sound, reflection, and somatic awareness designed to help you reconnect with the wisdom already present within the body.
As we inhabit a world that often encourages us to move faster, think harder, and look outside ourselves for answers, The Resonance Ritual offers something different: an opportunity to pause long enough to notice what is already here.
Through gentle practices of listening, sensing, and witnessing, participants are invited into an embodied experience of The Elemental Soma—a framework that explores how we experience life through the body and where life is felt within us.
Together, we explore the relationship between resonance and coherence.
Resonance is what we notice.
It is the moment something feels meaningful, aligned, or true.
Coherence is what we cultivate.
It is the experience of living in greater relationship with ourselves through awareness, presence, and embodiment.
This experience is not about fixing yourself, becoming someone new, or achieving a particular outcome.
It is about remembering.
Returning.
Listening.
And reconnecting with the simple experience of being alive.

The Elemental Soma is a framework for understanding the lived experience of being human through the body.
Within the Soma are five interrelated Soma Bodies:
EarthBody — structure, safety, support, and belonging
WaterBody — emotion, adaptability, and flow
BreathBody — respiration, regulation, and responsiveness
LightBody — vitality, expression, meaning, and direction
FieldBody — awareness, sensitivity, and connection
Alongside the Soma Bodies are the Soma Fields—the places where life is felt through grounding, emotion, breath, perception, and orientation.
Together they offer a pathway toward greater awareness, self-connection, and embodied coherence.

A simple yet powerful practice of witnessing.
Participants are invited to pause, feel the rhythm of their own pulse, and spend a few moments in direct relationship with the evidence of their aliveness.
This rhythm has been present every moment of your life.
The ritual simply creates space to notice it.
Through breath, awareness, and reflection, the Pulse Ritual becomes an invitation to return to the body, listen inward, and remember what is already here.
