  Across two immersive days, you will receive the foundational teachings of Reiki:

  Day One — Opening the Channel | 4.5 hrs

  • Reiki foundations -  what it is and is not

  • Usui lineage + history

  • Energy anatomy: chakras, flow, and the auric field

  • Self-Reiki introduction – how to sense, feel, direct healing energy

  • Practice lab

  • Level I Attunement ceremony

  Day Two — Embodying the Practice | 4.5 hrs

  • Ethics + practitioner responsibility

  • Energetic hygiene: grounding, clearing, protection

  • Advanced self-healing techniques

  • Modern uses of Reiki

  • Guided full self-Reiki session

  • How o build a daily self-healing ritual

  • How to integrate Reiki into emotional regulation + spiritual well-being

  • Certification

  • Closing integration ritual
