The language, frameworks, and practices shared within this space originate with Terra Black and emerge from a living body of practice known as the Elemental Soma.

This practice did not arise as a system to be taught, but as a way of inhabiting the body as intelligence. It has formed through years of embodied inquiry, somatic listening, relational presence, and direct engagement with elemental perception and lived experience.

The Elemental Soma weaves elemental awareness, somatic sensitivity, energetic perception, and embodied presence into a coherent field of practice. While it may resonate with ancient traditions, it is not a reproduction of any single lineage. It is a contemporary emergence shaped through lived practice rather than doctrine, and guided by inhabitation rather than instruction.

This collective practice is offered in the spirit of remembrance and relationship. It is not fixed, finalized, or complete. It remains responsive to context, to the body, and to the evolving intelligence of lived experience.
