The Soma Pause — A Practice of Elemental Awareness + Embodied Coherence | DEN Meditation
Sometimes twenty minutes is enough to return.
The Soma Pause is a short, guided Elemental Soma practice created for the spaces between the movement of everyday life—a place to settle into the body, notice what is present, and reconnect from within.
Each session explores one of the five Soma Bodies—EarthBody, WaterBody, BreathBody, LightBody, or FieldBody—through a gentle combination of breath, somatic awareness, Reiki, sound, and stillness.
Guided by the A.W.E. method—Anchor, Witness, Express—each practice follows a familiar rhythm:
Anchor — return from the mind into the body
Witness — sense what is present without attaching story
Express — allow what has been noticed to integrate through breath, movement, reflection, sound, or stillness
The Soma Body changes.
The invitation remains the same:
Pause. Notice. Return.
No previous meditation, Reiki, or somatic experience is necessary.
