Terra, Hydra, Lumen, Prana, or Aura - Which One Is Rising?
Which element is speaking through your life?
Every Soul moves through seasons — of grounding, softening, illumination, expansion, and radiance.
These are not random shifts.
They are elemental expressions within you.
Take a moment to feel: Which element is calling you right now?
Terra — craving stability or grounding
Hydra — feeling emotions surface or soften
Lumen — sensing truth rising
Prana — wanting breath, space, clarity
Aura — feeling your energy shift or expand
There is no right answer.
There is only the one that feels alive for you.
If you’re unsure, ask: “Where is my Soul asking me to pay attention?”
The body will answer.
The breath will answer.
The feeling will answer.
One element always leads the way.
