You Are Invited: The First Light - A Sacred Beginning in the Light of Renewal

Beautiful Souls,

I am excited to invite you to The First Light — a Spring seasonal ceremony and embodied journey into renewal.

Spring is not a moment.
It is a movement.

A gentle return to life.
A remembering that begins quietly — in the body, in the breath, in the field.

The First Light - A Sacred Beginning in the Light of Renewal is a 31-day ceremonial container designed to guide you through Spring as a lived, embodied experience — not something to consume, but something to enter.

Over the course of this journey, we move through the five elemental movements of renewal:

Earth — to root and remember safety
Water — to soften and feel
Fire — to ignite vitality and direction
Air — to expand breath and clarity
Aura — to integrate and return to wholeness

Each day offers a simple, grounded prompt —
a reflection, an embodied action, an affirmation, and an intuitive space to listen inward.

You may experience this complimentary journey in several ways:

Daily YouTube videos — one short per day
Optional daily email — delivered to you each morning for 31 days
Full course format inside The Temple, where

  • each day is an attunement

  • each week is a exploration

  • and the entire Spring journey is held as a complete ceremonial embodied practice

We begin together with an Opening Ceremony
Awakening the Seed of Renewal
to ground the body and open the field.

At the heart of the season, we gather again for the Spring Equinox Ceremony
The Harmony of Becoming
to attune to nature’s turning point.

And we close with a Closing Ceremony
The Sealing of the First Light
to integrate, give thanks, and carry what has awakened forward.

You do not need to do this perfectly.
You do not need to keep up.
You are invited simply to meet each day as you are.

This is not about becoming something new.
It is about remembering what is ready to live again.

If you feel called, you are welcome to join us —
day by day, breath by breath,
as Spring rises within.
