Call All Parts of You Back Into Wholeness

What aspects of myself have wakened throughout this journey, and how do they now fit together?
Place both hands on your heart and say aloud:
“All parts of me belong. All parts of me return.”
I unify my becoming into embodied wholeness.
Draw the shape of your wholeness — abstract, symbolic, intuitive.
FieldBody (Aura)
The FieldBody holds relational and energetic coherence.
It shapes boundaries, presence, and how we sense ourselves in connection with others and the world.
When the FieldBody is clear, relationship feels spacious rather than entangled.
