This is an invitation into inhabitation. Inhabitation is the return of consciousness to the body. Not as a practice to master, but as a way of being.

Here, the body is not something to fix, override, or optimize.
Breath is not something to control.
Sensation is not something to manage.

Inhabitation is a relational shift.
Consciousness choosing to live from within form rather than hovering above it.

IN ORIENTATION I

  • Where did I notice myself settling rather than striving?

  • Presence does not require effort.
