Love,

Welcome to Day 25 of The Gentle Descent: Choose.

The theme this week is: The Light Within Release.

Autumn's fire is different from Summer's.

It does not ask us to blaze brighter.

It becomes the smaller, steadier flame that helps us see clearly as the outer light begins to change.

Fire now becomes discernment: illuminating what remains true after excess has fallen away.

This is not the fire of ascent.

It is the light that accompanies us inward.

Our element is Fire, and today’s prompt is:

Now that I am carrying less, where do I choose to place my energy?
Place a hand over your solar plexus and notice what feels enlivening without feeling urgent.
***
Choose one intentional yes and one intentional no for this next season.
My energy belongs where my truth leads it.
Create a symbol for intentional direction.
